This is a big, beautiful park mostly made up of sports fields and a small pond. The Cole Harbour Commons may not have a proper “off-leash” area, but with the right dog and on the right day, it’s an awesome space for you and your pal to stretch your legs. There is a paved path along one side of the park (closest to Cole Harbour Place).

How to Get There

The Cole Harbour Commons is a large greenspace behind Cole Harbour Place. Drive along Portland Street (which turns into Cole Harbour Road), then turn left on Forest Hills Parkway. Or drive up Main Street and turn right onto Forest Hills Parkway. Cole Harbour Place is about halfway in between Cole Harbour Road and Main Street. You can park at Cole Harbour Place, but we like using the parking lot off of Auburn Drive.
